By ordering from The Matcha Club you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.

Products & pricing

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do our best to display products and colours accurately, but slight natural variation in matcha and packaging may occur. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it once payment is received. Payments are processed securely through Moyasar (card, mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay). We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock issues or suspected fraud, in which case you'll be refunded in full.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes and fees are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Estimated times are not guaranteed and may vary with courier availability.

Returns

As a consumable food product, matcha cannot be returned once opened. Damaged or incorrect items are covered under our Returns policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the logo, text, and images — is owned by The Matcha Club and may not be reused without permission.
