Everything you need to know about getting your matcha, and what happens if something isn't right.

Where we deliver

The Matcha Club ships across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Fresh matcha-bottle orders are currently available in Jeddah; packaged products (tins, stick packs and cups) can be delivered nationwide.

Processing & delivery times

• Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery within Jeddah typically arrives in 1–3 business days.
• Other KSA cities: 2–5 business days, depending on the courier.

Shipping fees

A flat shipping fee of SAR 25 applies. Enjoy free shipping on orders over SAR 200. Fees are calculated at checkout before payment.

Returns & exchanges

Because matcha is a consumable food product, opened or used items cannot be returned for food-safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Reusable cups and accessories may be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days.
